Simply loosen the screw on the bottom of the mount & swivel/rotate the bracket into your perfect position, then tighten the screw so it hold the pan tilt omni head in tight, not peel off the 3m sticker & mount this anywhere you desire.
This is an original gopro curved adhesive mount that has been modified to fit our lightweight pan tilt omni head.
This eliminates having to drill a hole in your helmet to mount your favorite camera that uses a 1/4"-20 thread which is industry std.
Not 100% sure on the actual weight restrictions, but it does hold very well & stable for mini action sports cameras.
