This lens threads in the lens holder exactly like the original does, & fits in the waterproof case perfectly.
You can order this lens with the day filter or without for IR night vision sensitivity for hero2 & drift ghost/ghost S models at full 11 mega pixels! (PLEASE NOTE: Ghost & Ghost s installs will need to hand thread in the lens until it gets tight then use pliers to finish off the focusing perfectly by gripping the lens bezel on the top gently while turning clockwise slight turns while using a HD monitor to confirm perfect focus.

This lens will also work with hero3 white, and hero3 plus cameras but when used in the waterproof case will notice darkened corners/tunnel vision because the lens fits deeper down into the lens holder, so its not a great choice for the hero 3/3+ line & bets to just get a stock lens whicg we also carry all the models
Important: All other lenses not branded RageCams may be lower grade counterfeits made of recycled glass & plastic internal optics, & not fit correctly or be incorrectly matched for the sensor giving degraded results.
